• Please note that the AOGEO Symposium will be held as an in-person event in Japan. While selected sessions will be live-streamed, remote participants will not be able to actively engage in discussions or other interactive activities. Information on how to access the live stream will be provided to participants who register under the “View Livestreaming” category.
• Regarding the Parallel Sessions (Task Group Sessions), three time slots have been allocated during the Symposium: Day 1 (Afternoon), Day 2 (Morning), and Day 2 (Afternoon). The Symposium Secretariat will assign session slot(s) to each Task Group (TG) in consultation with the respective TG Co-Chairs. To confirm whether your Task Group will hold a session during the Symposium, please contact your TG Co-Chair directly.
