During the Symposium, participants are welcome to display posters showcasing AOGEO-related activities. Those wishing to exhibit a poster are kindly requested to indicate their interest when completing the Symposium registration form.Please note that applications for poster exhibition will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, as exhibition space is limited.

- Panel Size: W1132 × H1640 (recommended poster size: A0)
- Poster Theme: AOGEO-related Activities
- Exhibition Venue: Foyer (in front of the Plenary room)
- Participants may either:
- request the Symposium Secretariat to print and display their poster on their behalf; or
- bring a printed poster and install it on the designated poster panel prior to the start of the Symposium.
- Participants who choose to bring their own posters are kindly requested to remove them promptly after the Symposium concludes. Please note that any posters remaining in the exhibition area after the Symposium will be disposed of by the Symposium Secretariat.
